SparkQuote (“we”, “us”) provides quoting and invoicing software for tradespeople. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address, and the business details you enter (business name, VAT number, CIS status, address).
- Your data — the clients, price items, quotes, jobs and invoices you create.
- Basic usage — anonymous, cookieless page counts to understand traffic. No advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run the service — store and display your quotes and invoices, and send documents to your clients on your instruction.
- To sign you in via one-time email codes.
- To take subscription payment (handled by Stripe; we never see your card details).
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors that run the service (hosting, database, email delivery and payments) and only as needed to operate SparkQuote.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us and we'll action it. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data.
