These terms govern your use of SparkQuote. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

SparkQuote helps you create quotes and invoices and share them with your clients. We provide the tools; you are responsible for the accuracy of the figures, tax treatment and content you send. SparkQuote is not a substitute for professional accounting advice.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in email secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the service lawfully and only for your own business.

Billing

• SparkQuote is £15/month (or £149/year). The first two quotes are free.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use means acceptance.
